1st Course - Taster
Home made 'Amuse Bouche'

2nd Course - Bread
Home made freshly baked bread with flavoured butters

3rd Course - Appetizers
Wild mushrooms topped with goats cheese and herb bread crumbs served  ‘au gratin’

4th Course - Fish
Pan fried fillet of wild sea bass served with mixed leaf and pickled artichoke hearts

5th Course - Entree
Tender beef fillet cooked to your liking and creamy gratin potatoes served with fresh steamed vegetables and our own béarnaise sauce

Free range chicken breast farced with goats cheese & pimentos wrapped in pancetta served with roasted potatoes and an oyster mushroom cream sauce

 


6th Course - Dessert

White chocolate torte, lemon and thyme panacotta and a pot of warmed berry compote
