Served daily from 7.00 till close,  Monday to Saturday

APPETIZERS (served with home made bread)
Home made wild rocket and potato soup with smoked bacon lardons

½ dozen homeless snails cooked in garlic and herb butter
(£2.50 supplement for an extra ½dozen homeless snails)

Home made chicken liver parfait served with toasted brioche and a red onion and fig chutney

Home smoked duck salad with sweet pickled red cabbage drizzled with a hazelnut dressing

Wild mushroom gratin with garlic and chive topped with goats cheese and herb breadcrumbs

Truffles famous mussels steamed in a white cream and bay leaf sauce

Crab and brown shrimp rillette bound in a lemon and chive crème fraiche
served with pickle cucumber and dressed leaf

ENTREES (served with fresh steamed vegetables )
Mature tender beef fillet cooked to your liking with creamy dauphinoise potatoes served with a rich bordelaise sauce

Pan fried wild sea bass and King scallop served with wilted spinach and buttered potatoes accompanied with a chive beurre blanc

Pan roasted corn fed chicken breast with creamed leeks and sauté potatoes served with a Dijon cream sauce

Duo of venison and pigeon breast served with gratin potatoes and a blueberry and shallot jus

Gressingham Duck leg confit and duck breast with braised red cabbage, cocette potatoes and a grand Marnier sauce

Salt cured, braised and pressed pork belly served with sauté potatoes, shallots, Savoy cabbage and a creamed cider sauce

Crêpe Du Jour (V):Crepe farced with a daily selection of vegetables finished with breaded crumbs and gruyere cheese and served ‘au gratin’

Classic crème brulee with a hint of Baileys served with a vanilla shortbread

Home made dark chocolate and toffee torte with coffee and walnut ice cream

Crepes filled with spiced pear and sultana compote served with vanilla bean ice cream

Truffles red berry mess with cream, crushed meringue, toasted almonds and fresh seasonal berries

Peach clafoutis served with fresh clotted cream

We have a daily selection of home made ice creams and sorbet
