Served daily from 12.00 to 14.00,  Wednesday to Saturday

APPETIZERS (served with home made bread)
Ham hock terrine set in a Tarragon jelly with mixed leaf and pickled walnuts

Home made roasted tomato and pimento soup with pesto oil

Home smoked free range chicken breast salad with artichoke hearts and bacon lardons

Truffles famous mussels steamed in white wine and flavoured with bay leaf, finished with fresh parsley and cream

Half a dozen homeless snails cooked in a garlic and herb butter
 (£2.50 supplement for an extra ½dozen homeless snails)

ENTREES (served with fresh steamed vegetables )
8oz rib eye steak served with cocette potatoes and a rich red wine jus
(£1.00 supplement)

Pan fried free range chicken breast with creamed leeks and sauté potatoes served with a Dijon cream sauce

Crêpe du Jour (V): Crepe farced with a selection of vegetables finished with
breaded crumbs and gruyere cheese, served ‘au gratin’

Pan fried wild salmon with buttered new potatoes, wilted spinach and a beurre blanc sauce

Classic crème Brulee with a hint of amaretto (V)

Truffles cheese board with 3 different imported French and European cheeses complemented with water biscuits
