Every Tuesday evening, a special 3 course menu is prepared for £17.95 per person. This menu varies from week to week and there is always at least 4 choices for each course plus an optional cheese course at £3.50. Below is an example Ladies Night menu. Although Tuesday night at Truffles Fareham is known as Ladies night gentlemen are most welcome. In fact, all are welcome at Truffles Fareham on Tuesday nights.

APPETIZERS (all accompanied with homemade bread)
Our home made cauliflower soup with chive oil

Smoked Salmon and king prawn salad, confit of cherry tomatoes drizzled with a honey and wholegrain mustard dressing

Duck and port pate served on toasted broche with a red onion chutney

Chicken and leek gratin topped with herb breadcrumbs

MAIN COURSE ( All accompanied with a selection of freshly steamed vegetables)
Turkey escalope with pork and sage farce, sauté potatoes with a thyme scented jus

Pan fried strips of beef mignon with silverskin onions and artichoke hearts bound in a brown jus accompanied with chive pomme puree
 

Seafood linguine, wild cod , mussels and smoked oysters bound in a tomato sauce

Savoury crepes filled with sweet potatoes, fresh asparagus and roasted pimento bound in a cheese sauce (V)

DESSERTS
Tart au citron with clotted cream

Chocolate pot with red berry compote

Classic crème Brulee served with shortbread biscuit

A selection of home made ice cream and sorbets

CHEESE BOARD (optional)
3 different French and European cheeses accompanied with water biscuits (£3.50 supplement)
