Every Tuesday, a special

course menu is prepared for £16.95 per person.
This menu
varies from week to week and there is always at least 4 choices
for each
course plus an
optional cheese course at £3.50. Below are a few previous example Ladies Night

Although Tuesday night at Truffles
Fareham is known as Ladies night, gentlemen
are
most welcome. In fact, all are welcome at Truffles Fareham on Tuesday
nights.

Home made winter vegetable soup with cheese crouton
Country style coarse pork pate served with red onion compote on dressed
leaf
Salad of mozzarella cheese,
Parma
ham and cherry tomatoes
dressed with reduced balsamic vinegar
Half
a dozen homeless snails, pan fried in a rich tomato fondue
presented on a puff pastry croute

Main
courses- all accompanied with potatoes and vegetables
8oz Beef Rib Eye on gratin potatoes with a green peppercorn sauce
Wild Salmon on pesto linguine, accompanied with a
chive and saffron cream sauce
A trio of lamb cutlets on a bed of
pomme puree with a tarragon
and red wine reduction
Savoury crepes filled with roasted butternut squash and asparagus in a Dijon
cream sauce glazed with smoked applewood cheese and herb breadcrumbs

Pan-fried pork medallions flambé with calvados, served with roasted
crushed new potatoes and a thyme scented brown jus
